Monster Energy congratulates its BMX athletes on groundbreaking performances at X Games Osaka 2025. During two days of live competitions inside Kyocera Dome stadium, the world-class team claimed a total of 13 X Games medals (four gold, four silver, and five bronze among all disciplines) and raised the bar by landing never-been-done tricks and setting new medal records. In the Dave Mirra BMX Park Best Trick event, 30-year-old Ryan Williams from Sunshine Coast, Australia, claimed the gold medal.

BMX Race Ljubljana powered by Mastercard is more than just exciting racing, the event has once again raised the level of the regional competition with lots of side events, meanwhile the organizers are already looking towards a new qualification period for the upcoming Olympic Games. This time in Ljubljana, the cream of the crop was picked up by the Hungarian Barnabás Kiss (Gencsapati KSE BMX), the winner of both prestigious races in the 17+ category.
Racing in BMX Park Ljubljana was once again at a high level, especially in the senior categories, i.e. in the 15/16 years and over 17 years categories. With Saturday’s round in the books, the 2025 UCI BMX Racing World Cup season had passed the half-way mark before Sunday’s race hit at Papendal. In the Under 23 classes Jason Noordam and Michelle Wissing had won all 3 rounds at this point so the question was if they could keep that domination streak going. Sylvain André (FRA) had taken over the red leader plate from Arthur Pilard (FRA). Izaac Kennedy (AUS) kept his 3rd place in the ranking after Round 3 but Saturday’s last turn crash while in the lead left him sidelined for Round 4 on Sunday. Because of Saturday’s win, Rico Bearman had moved up 25 places to 5th in the UCI BMX Racing World Cup ranking and also Mitchel Schotman (NED) cracked into the top 10 by moving from rank 31 to 7 because of his 2nd place on
Ending X Games Japan with a bang! Monster Energy congratulates its team of action sports athletes on history-making performances on day two of X Games Osaka 2025. On the final day of competitions inside Kyocera Dome stadium, Monster Energy riders claimed a total of five medals (two gold, two silver, and one bronze) across five contest events in the 73rd edition of X Games. The competitive BMX Flatland final concluded with 36-year-old Monster Energy team rider Moto Sasaki from Chiba, Japan, claiming silver. The BMX Street final saw 29-year-old Jordan Godwin from Cardiff, Wales, claim the bronze medal in an elite field.
